Negatieve ervaring: Wij raden deze rijschool niet aan vanwege negatieve ervaringen met bepaalde instructeurs. Tijdens de lessen werd er op een manier gecommuniceerd die als intimiderend en onprettig werd ervaren. Zelfs na afloop van de rijlessen werd er door een instructeur nog op een ongepaste manier over oud-leerlingen gesproken. We vinden het zorgelijk dat er binnen de rijschool geen meldpunt lijkt te zijn waar leerlingen terechtkunnen met dit soort ervaringen. We hopen dat de rijschool dit serieus neemt en in de toekomst maatregelen treft om een veiligere en prettigere leeromgeving te bieden.

Positieve ervaring: Complaint Regarding Instructor Behavior Dear BRUNEN I am writing to express some concerns regarding my recent driving lesson with [ I will not say the name not to be rude and not to influence on somebody’s career ]. During the session, the instructor touched my hands without asking for permission, which made me feel uncomfortable (when I say touch, I mean ,not just put the hands on a right position. I had 50 lessons and driving license from my country , so there were any need to touch my hand constantly, he could just tell me as a remark). Additionally, there was an incident where the instructor raised his voice, which impacted my comfort and focus during the lesson. (I’m in school for a long time and I had 3 different teachers so, I have never faced any problem with them except the instructor that I had today and he had our fist lesson with me ) I fully understand the need for guidance, especially for beginners like myself, but I believe that maintaining a respectful and supportive environment is essential for effective learning. I would appreciate if the school could look into this matter and provide guidance to instructors on maintaining professional boundaries and communication with students. And last thing. I had my lesson at 11.00, but I started at 11.10, why? Because the instructor couldn’t not find the address, which is okay, because we are all human beings , but I paid 90 euro for 90 mins of driving and after 50 mins he already said “I will bring to you work” Well, I booked for 90 mins and not for 50, correct? I told him about it and the answer was “ well,okay, we will drive some more time” and still finished earlier… I find this cray because I had 50 lessons with other instructors and this is my 1st time I’m ready to say “ I don’t want to deal with that person anymore” Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a resolution that will help ensure a positive learning experience.

Fantastische ervaring: Goede cursus locatie met een lekkere lunch met div broodjes en een bal voor de liefhebbers. Jammer dat de cursus digitale tacho een beetje tijd volmaken is voor de meeste beroepschauffeurs. Maar licht niet aan de cursusleider.
